If you want us to put the strap on your watch you can send us your watch and will fix it for you then send it back when is done.

You can buy the strap at Mulco.com, first look at the case back of your watch and write the reference number on the search bar of the website, you will find all the colours available for your model, please note that each strap is design for a specific model and if you buy a different one will not fit your watch. We ship all over the world, you just need to put the product in the shopping cart, continued with the address and the price of the shipping will come up automatically.

IF YOU WANT US TO FIX THE STRAP ON YOUR WATCH, Please follow the steps:
1.-Put your watch in a small, well-padded shipping box, no label or marks should be in it. Your watch only – do NOT send original packaging.
2.-Start a warranty/repair request through our customer portal
