NO RETURN NOR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS BOUGHT USING ANY COUPON OR SPECIAL PROMO.

Any product bought using a discount promo code or coupon is a final sale unless there is a factory defect.

Online Returns:
MULCO Watches Inc. is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. You may return any MULCO products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value, the refund shall be made in the form of the original payment. We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Return in 4 Easy Steps:

1.- Send us an email to support@mulcowatches.com with your order number, name, phone number and item you would like to return.

2.- Fill Out the Form we will send you with the instructions on how “To Complete The Return Process”.

3.- Put the Product in a Box

• Use your order's original box, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
• Remove any pre-existing labels or stickers from the shipping box.
• Print the return form, fill it out and include it in your shipping box.
• Seal your box completely and add the following address:

Please write the address clearly on your package before taking it to the courier of your choice.

4.- Send your package with the courier of your choice (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) and choose your shipping method back to us. (NOTE: We strongly recommend obtaining and saving your return tracking number until you are notified that we have completed your refund.)

NOTE:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid shall not be refunded if the order is returned.

If your refund is on a credit card, here are some numbers you should know:
• 5-7 Business Days: For your package to get to the fulfillment center.
• 7-10 Business Days: For us to inspect and process your return back into inventory and complete the processing of your refund.
• 2-10 Business Days: For your financial institution to post your credit back to your account.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however, we do accept returns! We are happy to accept a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please read RETURNS in order to follow the perfect procedure.

The best way to do an exchange is to return your item (see return policy and follow the steps) and buy it again, anyway the shipping in the USA is free.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back in the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned. All merchandise must be unused and in the same condition it was received. Some items are shipped with a security tag attached to them. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.
