We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you, that's the reason why we accept returns of any of our products in their original, unused condition, within 30 days of the date of delivery. For a full refund that shall be made in the form of the original payment.
  • MULCO ships to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and to P.O. boxes, within 5-7business days. We also ship to APO/FPO addresses and other U.S. Territories, but some areas of Alaska and Hawaii may take an extra business day. Orders placed on Saturday will be arranged next Monday, for Holidays and Online orders next business day.
  • Returned packages due to insufficient shipping address information or no availability that implies re-delivery costs will be carried by the buyer.
  • MULCO has Express Shipping is available. The Standard Service is provided via USPS ground service with final delivery made by either UPS, FedEx, or the U.S. Postal Service and any damage or loss of goods that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout is not our responsibility.
  • Any product bought using a discount promo code or coupon is a final sale, unless there is a factory defect.

FAQs

Is the warranty international? How do I know my warranty is active? and how long is the warranty and how does it works?

Mulco Watches offers a 2-year international warranty that covers manufacturer defects. Customers outside the USA must pay for shipping both ways, but the repair will be free. To apply for the warranty, the watch must be registered on Mulco's website with a copy of the sales receipt. The warranty does not cover battery, scratch case, scratch or broken crystal, paint or broken strap or bracelet.

Does this watch light up? Are the numbers luminous? are the hands luminous? are the markers luminous?

This watch doesn't fully light up but has luminous material in parts of the face that illuminate at night. Refer to the product description to confirm if your watch has this feature.

Does the battery need to be changed?

The battery of your watch can be changed as any other, in case you require servicing you have the option to ship in for repairs to our to our Miami facility, you will have to contact us with the problem through our official brand website. The battery will last for years with proper care and maintenance, but take in consideration that when we sell-send you the new watch is when the battery begins to run.

Do you exchange a watch once the client has received it?

We understand that you want your new watch to be as special and unique for yourself. We have a wide variety of colors and styles available so don't hesitate if the style isn’t what suits your taste or needs. Just remember the watch must be completely UNWORN- NEW, exactly as you received it, with the original box, warranty and with tags at the moment of being exchanged.
